I am Jill Hatcher BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD, FCIPD, the Founder and Executive Coach at JH Coaching & Advisory Ltd, a bespoke service that helps leaders and organisations be better.

Being a leader is a privilege and offers many opportunities, and yet also a multitude of challenges. I have been there; I get it. I understand what it takes professionally and personally to navigate through the complexities that leaders and organisations face. I have extensive experience at C-suite level as Chief Operating/Transformation Officer and Chief People Officer and have over 20 years of professional experience in strategy, HR, project delivery, leadership development and organisational transformation. I can empathise with the pressure; the day to day demands; the dealing with ambiguity; delivering transformation; managing stakeholder relationships and the need to drive up performance.
