About Jill
Throughout my career, I have been passionate about two things:
My executive background includes significant experience at C-suite level, including as Chief Operating/Transformation Officer for a £12Bn organisation and Chief People Officer for a 40,000 strong organisation. I have spent over 20 years leading in the areas of strategy, project delivery, HR, leadership development and organisational transformation.

I always strived to be the best leader I could be – that meant learning how to harness my imposter syndrome as a force for good; becoming what being an authentic leader meant for me; speaking truth to power; and nurturing my resilience to ensure I am able to always do the right thing, not the easy thing. Throughout, the key enabler was taking time out to think and to challenge myself. I had to consciously plan that time to ensure the pressures of work didn’t get in the way of making that happen.
I founded JH Coaching and Advisory Ltd as I wanted to support other leaders and organisations to take that time to be better, to be the change. Whether you are seeking individual coaching or assistance for your organisation, my approach will offer you practical support to navigate your way through complex problems and to enable successful, impactful change for you and for your business.
